I'm trying to install Families Sync on my Windows 7 computer, but get the following message:
"Please resolve the following:
A newer version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable has been detected on the machine". Any advise?

The response to this question in Families FAQs is "Please uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable then perform the Families Sync installation again. That should clear the problem." That's all they wrote
